Staying well

Some tips from a mixture of state of the art medical science and traditional tested lifestyle systems like Traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Unani and Hippocratic medicine

This will get updated from time to time as we come to know more.

Consider it as a path to simple meaningful action.

Just research it yourself it you need rigorous proof. But another approach is just do it and ask questions later

Established through multiple medical research papers / practical experiment

  • The COVID-19 virus is super active at around 4 degrees C

  • It is inactive at around 24 degrees C

  • The temperature inside the body hardly ever goes lower than 30 degrees C.  Try putting an ordinary thermometer in your mouth - for us it came out at 34 degrees

  • The amount of virus that enters the nose determines the length of time before the symptoms cut in

  • The intensity of infection is influenced by immunity and preexisting health conditions

The conclusion of many epidemiologists is

Infection generally starts in the nose. Once inside the body, the coronavirus invades the epithelial cells that line and protect the respiratory tract, said Taubenberger, who heads the viral pathogenesis and evolution section of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Bethesda, Maryland. If it’s contained in the upper airway, it usually results in a less severe disease.

But if the virus treks down the windpipe to the peripheral branches of the respiratory tree and lung tissue, it can trigger a more severe phase of the disease. That’s due to the pneumonia-causing damage inflicted directly by the virus plus secondary damage caused by the body’s immune response to the infection.

Also many viruses and bacteria are already carried in the nose - Superbug Staph etc.

This has been known to the more ancient systems for thousands of years.  They all consider nasal washing to be a very very important part of personal hygiene.  As much as brushing teeth or other hidden parts of the body

According to the information from current medical science, specifically relating to the COVID-9 agent, the virus is incubated in the nose, and taken by the air entering the nose to the lungs and other internal organs

The nasal chambers cool when we breathe, making the virus more virulent

Viral infection is widely known to follow an exponential curve.

One virus infiltrates one other cell and injects DNA. Effectively this causes an exponential or explosive reaction.

Working on a study of TCM -  the only widely used protocol that can cure severe   COVID infection. TCM is currently being rolled out in China.

China has experienced at least 300 fully blown plagues since the early 1600s All have been contained from becoming world wide pandemics by using a standard TCM protocol

Based on the information we have studied:

Cutting to the chase …

  1. Wash the internal chambers inside your nose each day while there is any possibility of the virus being around. This means gatherings and around any new arrivals to your circle.

  2. Use whatever variant of neti pot you can find - just google for it

  3. Use 300ml of water to one level teaspoon of black salt

     IMPORTANT:

  • Black salt is best, white salt is OK. Avoid iodised salt

  • If you are using unsalted water then boil it first

  • Just once per day is enough.

  • In any case do not use water at a temp less than 25c - the virus is at peak activation at 4c and somewhat  active at 20c
